Basic Cookie Dough (Butter Cookies)


2 cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1⁄3 cup oil

2⁄3 cup milk

Bearings

Blend dry fixings.

Placed oil in measuring container and include milk. Try not to mix.

Add to dry fixings.

Blend delicately to dampen fixings and manipulate maybe a couple times to frame ball.

Take off between two sheets of plastic wrap to around 1/2" thick.

Cut into 2" rolls.

Prepare on an ungreased dish at 475F for 10-12 minutes, until softly seared.
